Delete your Ameleva account.
Four equivalent ways to permanently remove your account and personal content. No app install required.
Option 1 — From inside the Ameleva app
Open Ameleva, go to the Today tab, tap the profile icon at the top, then Account → Delete account. Confirm. Your records are removed immediately and the email is freed for re-signup.
Option 2 — By email
Email contact@ameleva.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my Ameleva account". We respond within 30 days (most requests are completed within 72 hours).
Option 3 — Via the contact form
Submit a request at https://ameleva.com/contact with "Delete my account" in the subject. Use the email tied to your account so we can verify ownership.
Option 4 — Public deletion request (this page)
- Send an email to contact@ameleva.com with the subject "Delete my Ameleva account".
- Include the email address you used to sign up.
- We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
- No app install or login required to use this option.
What gets deleted
Account record, journals, custom habits, habit logs, action logs, journey participation, moments, sparks, feedback, preferences, and subscription metadata in our database. Residual copies in encrypted backup snapshots are purged on the rolling backup cycle within 30 days. Subscription cancellation must be done separately via Apple App Store or Google Play.
Need help cancelling a subscription first?
Deleting your Ameleva account does NOT cancel your Apple or Google subscription. Cancel from Apple ID → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions before requesting deletion. See Terms of Use §4 for full details.
