Can I read lessons instead of watching them?
Yes. Every lesson has a Reading mode — the same content as a clean, long-form text view, no animations or narration. Toggle it from the player.
Can I listen to lessons hands-free?
Yes. Every lesson has an Audiobook mode with continuous TTS narration of the full lesson — for walks, commutes, and cooking.
How long is each course?
Three to seven minutes. The default course unit is 5 minutes — long enough to teach a complete idea, short enough to fit in a breath between meetings.
Are courses available offline?
Yes. Courses you've started are cached on device for offline replay. New courses require internet on first download.
Can I make my own courses?
Not at launch. The course catalog is curated by the Ameleva team and verified-coach contributors. We may open authoring to coaches in 2026.
