Watch, read, or listen.
Every lesson comes in three modes: watch the cinematic player, read the clean text, or listen hands-free. Same lesson, your way.

Built on multimedia learning principles.
Designed for the 60-second moment
Built for the 60-second moment between meetings, not the 30-minute deep-work block. No guilt about how you use it.
Mayer's twelve principles
All twelve of Mayer's multimedia learning principles — from segmenting to signaling — inform every scene type.
Calm by default
No unrequested notifications, no completion shame, no engagement metrics. Just you, the practice, and the recommended action.
Every lesson, three ways.
Same content, three formats. Pick the one your moment allows. All three are included with the Ameleva plus subscription.

Micro-learning, asked.
- Can I read lessons instead of watching them?
- Yes. Every lesson has a Reading mode — the same content as a clean, long-form text view, no animations or narration. Toggle it from the player.
- Can I listen to lessons hands-free?
- Yes. Every lesson has an Audiobook mode with continuous TTS narration of the full lesson — for walks, commutes, and cooking.
- How long is each course?
- Three to seven minutes. The default course unit is 5 minutes — long enough to teach a complete idea, short enough to fit in a breath between meetings.
- Are courses available offline?
- Yes. Courses you've started are cached on device for offline replay. New courses require internet on first download.
- Can I make my own courses?
- Not at launch. The course catalog is curated by the Ameleva team and verified-coach contributors. We may open authoring to coaches in 2026.
